Affiliate programme terms
Who can join
The programme is open to people who promote with real content (a channel, page, site or group). Applying is not acceptance; we review every application and may decline without stating a reason.
How commission is earned
- You earn on every paid subscription made through your link, once the payment is confirmed and the order approved.
- A customer who came through your link stays yours on their later renewals.
- Your rate is the one shown in your dashboard at the moment a commission is credited, and it may change going forward. On the tiered system it follows the current month sales and restarts every month.
- No commission on your own subscription, on a cancelled or refunded order, or on a suspicious one. We may claw back commission from an order that is cancelled or proven fraudulent.
Payouts
- Your balance becomes withdrawable on the announced weekly day, once it reaches the minimum shown in your dashboard.
- Payouts go to the Binance ID registered in your name; changing it needs a request and our approval.
- You are responsible for your payout details; a transfer sent to a wrong ID you entered cannot be recovered.
- Any taxes or fees in your country are yours alone.
Strictly forbidden
- Claiming guaranteed profits or fixed returns, or hiding the risk of trading.
- Impersonation: using the JoeX name or logo as if you were the official party, or creating pages or channels in our name.
- Paid ads on the brand name or look-alikes, spam messages and repeated comments.
- Automated clicks on your link, any manipulation of the statistics, or fake orders.
- Reselling or sharing the bot file, or sharing your demo key with anyone.
- Giving financial advice in our name or managing other people money.
Suspension
Breaking any of the above means your account is suspended, commissions from the breach are withdrawn and your demo key is revoked. The decision is ours and you are told on Telegram.
Your data
We keep your details (name, phone, Telegram, Binance ID, traffic source) only to run the programme and pay you, and never sell them.
Changes
We may change rates, the minimum or the programme rules in the future; changes appear in your dashboard and reach you on Telegram. Commissions already credited are not affected.
Risk notice
Trading carries real risk and no profit is guaranteed. You are promoting a trading tool, not a promise of profit, and that must be clear in everything you publish.
